RULES OF KASSAR

1. The ruling of the room controller is final.

2. Frees and slaves should always be  active, and posting. Laziness is unacceptable, whether you're collared or not.

3. No Member/Non-Member may never harm permanently a personally owned slave, however any free can discipline a slave. If an incident occurs, caging is the first option. Both parties will script the reason for caging and present it to the slave's owner. 

4. NO Dual-Membership allowed EVER.

5. For the time being, this is a force capture/collar zone - a capture in the room may only occur if at least 2 men that are members of the room are present (exception being collarless slaves). No raids permitted at this time.

1. Visiting Free Men are welcome. Weapons may be retained if You are entering this camp in peace.

2. Remember, absolutely NO attacks, raids or captures will be accepted nor recognized unless at least (2) Men of THIS camp are present. Please follow Our rules as You would follow Your Own Home rules.

3. Free Women are welcome with an escort. The escort can be NPC as long as it is LISTED in Your tags. Though You are not expected to wear veils while in this Camp, You ARE expected to follow Our rules, as well as to act the proper Free Woman. We will NOT hesitate to collar unruly Free Women.

4. Visiting slaves who have NOT been given permission to visit by an agreement set with their Master and the Ubar here, enter at their OWN risk. Slaves did NOT travel through Gor unescorted. However, if your Home has either a treaty or alliance with Ours, you may enter freely provided you follow the Camp rules. All visiting girls will be expected to serve refreshment while in Our camp. Any slave who enters without a collar will be subject to caging and/or collaring. Barbarians WILL be collared on sight.

 

5. All new Free Men, Free Women, or slaves to Gor MUST place the ~o ~O {observer} tag behind T/their name. If Y/you do not have it, then We will assume that Y/you understand fully the concept of Gor. It is a requirement to wear the tag if Y/you have questions. We are a newbie friendly room, and welcome questions as long as they do not disrupt the roleplay.

6. Absolutely NO slave either Camp or Personally Owned may be PM'd in Camp without their Owners express permission. Should you PM a slave they will immediately post the PM into the room allowing one of the Free to handle the problem. Should no Free be present it will be copy and pasted to mail for their Owner to read and handle. You can save yourself a lot of embarrassment by remembering this simple rule.

All Messengers must bear the yellow slash in their name as well as who they are bringing the message to. Without the messenger tags you
WILL be ignored, and considered to be disrupting the rp within the room.

OOC messages do not constitute as IC messages. That is what ICQ, MSN, YIM and other messengers are for. Keep your OOC out of Our camp.

Please follow these rules.

* Please make sure Y/your avatar is no larger then 500Hx350W. This is to ensure that the room will not lag while Y/you are here. We state it as a rule to make it easier on Uus A/all.
* Slaves are permitted to wear nude avs if they have passed the yellow silk training, as long as they are tasteful and not pornographic in nature. If unsure - ask!
* Though Free Women are not required to wear veils in this camp, W/we do ask that Your av does not resemble that of a slave. Bare arms will be accepted - but cleavage, shirts in see through material as well as any leg above the knees and a bare belly
WILL get You either caged and/or collared in this camp. If unsure - ask!
